Delegate Wilson moves to amend the resolution on page 1, line 9, by striking the word “an”;

On page 1, line 9, by striking the word “amendment” and inserting the word “amendments”;

On page 1, line 11, by striking the word “and”;

On page 1, line 12, after the word “Senate” by inserting the following “, to impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, to limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, and to limit the terms of office for its officials”;

On page 1, line 14, by striking out the following language “to set a limit on the number of terms that a person may be elected to the House of Representatives of the Congress of the United States and the Senate of the United States” and inserting in lieu thereof “for the purposes stated herein”;

On page 2, line 8, by striking out the following language “to call a convention limited to proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America”;

AND

On page 2, line 11, after the word “Senate” by inserting the following “, to impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, to limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, and to limit the terms of office for its officials”.
